MEET KEITH O
The Raleigh-Durham area is known for attracting people from all over the United States and the world, so it is rare to meet someone who grew up in the area like Keith O’Hare (Keith O). Keith O and his wife, Kelly, and have lived, worked, or studied in Cary, Durham, Apex, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, and Raleigh. Keith O also has the unique combination of having degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and NC State, in addition to having worked at Duke for seven years (Colloquially known as a 'Tar Wolf Devil').
After starting his career in higher education, Keith O pivoted to working in real estate where he could combine his background in education and helping people with his local knowledge and expertise. Leaving a stable job with excellent benefits for a job that was 100% commission-based with zero benefits, was a huge gamble-especially with having two very young children at that time and a wife who was a public school teacher. However, Keith O believes if you don’t bet on yourself then you can’t succeed. Also, the unwavering support of your beautiful wife doesn’t hurt either!
Keith O quickly hit the ground running and is now not only the top individual agent at Keller Williams Legacy, but he is one of the top-ranked agents across the Carolinas region and in the top 1.5% of agents nationally. When Keith O isn’t busy making your real estate dreams come true, you can find him spending time with his wife and three children, Teagan, Finn, and Rory.
