We ended up with an absolute gem in the most amazing neighborhood and when MBA graduation led to a career in Denver, we called Keith to help list that home. The market was hot and we were overwhelmed but within hours of showing, we had too many offers to choose from and again, Keith was there every step of the way. Keith is an excellent realtor. When we engaged him to sell our home, he came to the interview with comps for our area and a plan for how he would market our property. He lead us through the entire process with flawless expertise. He had great energy and was an effective negotiator with buyers. His communication is excellent.
