Meet LAUREN
Director of OperationsLauren is a North Carolina native who grew up in Raleigh. She went to high school in Apex where she met her now husband, Stephen. Together, they call Holly Springs home and have the sweetest labradoodle pup, JB.
Lauren began her career in education where she found a passion for teaching. As life often does, her career path changed slightly when she was offered a position to oversee the finances and operations of a large Keller Williams office in Raleigh. Through her tenure in that role, she again found a renewed passion for serving others and teaching. In 2023 she had the honor to meet Keith O’Hare. Seeing the way Keith ran his business and how he always put his client's needs first, it was a natural fit to go into business together.
Today, Lauren serves Keith O Realty as the Director of Operations. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the business as well as taking clients from contract to close and beyond. There is nothing more satisfying to Lauren than assisting clients reach their homeownership goals.
